My debut novel, The Wig, is a darkly funny and emotionally honest look at trauma, identity, and the kind of healing that comes from finally facing the truth. It’s inspired by real conversations and experiences I’ve had over the years. At its heart, the story follows a single mother uncovering long-buried family secrets—using a box of wigs and an old journal as her guide. When I’m not writing or filming, I’m focused on giving back to the arts. I’m a proud supporter of the San Antonio Philharmonic and plan to sponsor events that spotlight musicians as the true storytellers they are. Because to me, all powerful art starts with feeling—and that’s what I want Anthony Cinema to stand for.
